Blog For Everyone to Check Out
So, my sister, Rachel, runs a blog as well. She's 6 yearsolder than me and chose a different path to lose weight and become healthier. She uses running, yoga, and kettlebell workouts to improve her lifestyle. She posts her workouts and she'll be starting a new segment on Sundays called A Few of My Favorite Things.
